Track side Support and Car Transport
Experience your track day or race weekend at your pace. All you have to do is register for the event and show up, we can handle the rest. Everything from hotel rooms or RV rentals to restaurant reservations or local must-see's, we will handle all the details including transportation and setting up our paddock area, and then packing everything back up to head home. We can provide driver coaching feedback, data download sessions, or change the vehicle setup for different drivers and/or conditions; our goal is to ensure you enjoy every session on track. Our track support customers do not have to worry about doing their own vehicle maintenance or scheduling services before or after a track day. All vehicle servicing, prep, and maintenance will be done in-house to the highest detail.
Engine Building
Renowned engine builder Wayne Brown leads the way. Whether it's your Ferrari 355, Lola T70, Formula Ford 1600, or your classic original muscle car- Wayne will ensure the highest quality build based off the goals you have in mind. On any given historic race weekend, one of Wayne's engines is running at the front of the pack in multiple groups.
Chassis Development
Running test days is the best way to improve in the car. But the goal isn't to just turn laps. Working with Chris and Wayne will aid in providing the necessary feedback needed to take both the car and driver to the next step. Data analysis, driver feedback and coaching, corner spotting, and chassis improvement are all key elements to dropping lap times from the driver side. On an aero car, using flow-vis, reviewing data, as well as the vertical loads and g-forces for the vehicle helps determine where improvements can be made. We can read data off most current and older systems including but not limited to: MOTEC, AIM, Efi Tech, HP Tuners, Pectel, Haltech, Holley and others.
Engine Dyno
We recommend to all of our in-house engine builds to dyno the motor. This gives us the opportunity to see and hear the engines running and ensure proper break-in on the builds. The engine dyno isn't just for engines we have built though, we are happy to run your motor built by you or someone else on our dyno at an hourly rate. Racecar Prep and Restoration
From a basic "go through" on a new racecar purchase to ensure mechanical reliability and driver safety to a tub-up rebuild on a open-wheel or prototype sportscar, or even troubleshooting and upgrading the electronics in the vehicle; RB MotorSports Engineering will make sure your vintage or historic racecar is ready to go for years to come.
